Chicken Gravy

This is a quick and simple recipe. It’s spicy and tangy at the same time. You can eat it with rotis, naans and rice. 

Ingredients:

500 gms chicken 

2 large onions (finely chopped)

2 tomatoes 

4 green chillies 

2 tsp Turmeric powder 

2 tsp Chilli powder 

Salt to taste

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

METHOD:

Wash the chicken. Heat a pan. Pour in 2 tsp oil. Add the onions and saute till medium brown. Then add in the chillies and ginger garlic paste. Cook well. Then add in the chicken and salt. Make a paste of Turmeric and chilli powder and add the paste into thw chicken. Cook till the chicken is tender. Then add the tomatoes and cook on very low flame. Add a little water. And cook for 5 minutes. Garnier with coriander leaves. Serve with rotis and rice.
